Summary | A benzodiazepine derivative. Which is mostly an anxiolytic substance, without strong hypnotic properties that most benzodiazepines have. Its active metabolite is N-desmethylmetaclazepam, which is the main metabolite. Slightly more effective as an anxiolytic than Bromazepam. |
